Full prepayment of stay and caution deposit of Eur 50,00 must giving on time of check-in, the reimbursement of the deposit is subordinated to the conditions of release of the apartment, the caused damages will be withholdings from the deposit and in case of greater value an extra charge will be demanded on credit card. After arrival no cancellation and/or modify are accepted, penalty full amount paid, Cancellation and/or modify are accepted until 14 days before arrival date, within 14 days prior arrival date penalty as 50% of the total amount of the lenght of stay booked is charged on credit card.
