Gemini Studios Are located in "Viale Fratelli Rosselli 55", one's main Florence street's, conveniently to reach by car, by walking distance from main train station of "Santa Maria Novella", by taxi or by bus, our Studios are your best deal and solution for independent stay ideal for business or leisure traveller.

We offered 8 different sized Studios and 3 Two rooms Apartments; all located one block away from our Hotel Alamanni, inside of new small modern building are located at the main floor or at the first floor without lift, our Studios can accommodate from 1 up to 6 persons and we rent ONLY for holidays or short break business request.

Check-in and check-out MUST be done it at the reception of the Hotel Alamanni (via luigi alamanni 35 (black)) 2nd floor, at the time of check-in is requested to settle your total amount of stay and to leave as deposit one valid document as Passport, (ONLY for EU Citiziens is aceptable national ID or driving license, any NON EU Citiziens MUST leave Passport), in order to offer good service we kindly ask you to read our CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS BY CLICK HERE

If you need car parking, please advise with your studio's booking and we will do our best to keep free space in the garage below of the hotel, for this service there is extra fee of 25,00 EUR per night, availability is granteed ONLY if you post your car parking request's with your booking together.

Booking and utilization condition's of the Studios
Cancellations or modify are accepted free of charge if made at least 14 days prior arrival date, during the following periods make all your cancellations or modify at least 21 days prior arrival date (new year, easter, fairs and high season).
At the moment of booking confirmation we will charge on your credit card a deposit of 30 percent of the total amount of your stay, the balance of the total amount will be settle at your arrival at the hotel on the way you'll prefer (cash or credit card), this policy does NOT apply for group booking, group's booking need to be settle 100 percent of the total amount in advance (before group arrival).

In case of reimbursement of the deposit if due, we will apply administration fee of Eur 15,00 for each transaction, reimbursement will be settle by the same channel of deposit's payment, for any reason we will not reimbursed trough cash agency like western union etc.

For early arrival and late departure we offer availability for luggage deposit free of charge at the reception of the hotel Alamanni.

ONLY persons declaired on booking form are allowed to stay in the studios, every abuse will ended immediately your stay without reimbursement of the remaining night(s).

Availability of breakfast buffet served at the hotel Alamanni from 7.30 till 11.00 am with special fee of 7,00 EUR per person.
