First of all you need to reach the Hotel Alamanni located at “via Luigi Alamanni 35(black), 2nd Floor” close to the main train station of Santa Maria Novella,
The reception of the hotel Alamanni is located at the second floor, we suggest that only the leader of the group/family comes up to the reception, and all others companion please wait in the little lounge at the ground floor of the building.
For check-in and to collect the Studio’s key we need the following things:
1) Passport of the person that will be make the payment (Passport will be holding until the end of stay, at check-out time when studio’s key are returned we will return the passport, for all Guests that do not wish to leave the passport at the reception we need to make a copy of the passport and will be asked to pay 50 EUR in cash as key deposit.
2) Full payment of the length of stay is required at check-in time, (please remember that the first night will be charge immediately after booking confirmation, and in some periods of the year we required a pre-payment fo the total amount of booking; in the last case you’ll be advised by our email before proceed and charge in your credit card), if for any reason we’re not able to charge on the credit card the first night your booking will be not included in our property and cancelled from the system where the booking is been made, please make sure that you’re giving valid credit card and ONLY VISA or MASTER CARD, American Express is only accepted for local payment but NOT ACCEPTED FOR GUARANTEED.
3) After payment we will give you, studio’s key, city map and all informations how to reach your Studio or Apartment.
4) Your will hold the key until the end of your stay, and the day of check-out you MUST return the key at any time before 11:00 am.
5) Every day the chambermade will came in your studio for a simple setup (not cleaning).
6) All booking made from 1 up to 4 nights is NOT entitled for cleaning and linens change (if you wish to have it please advise at the reception during your check-in time and you will be need to pay extra 10Eur per person each time of change requested).
7) All booking made from 5 nights on we will cleaning and change linens once per week, any additional request must be asked at check-in time and extra charge of 10Eur per person will be charge.
8) Final cleaning and all consumptions (electrical, water) are included in your studio’s rate.
9) We kindly ask you to declaire any of damages happened during your stay, in this case we will charge ONLY the cost of the material necessary to replace it, in case missing declaretion from you the cost of the material amount will be added of the workers hours plus VAT 20%.
10) Check-in is possible ONLY from 3:00 pm. for request of Early check-in and late check-out we offer a luggage deposit at the reception of the hotel Alamanni.
11) In order to avoid extra charge please make sure that CHECK-OUT IS MADE AT ANY TIME BEFORE 11:00 AM, the reception of the hotel Alamanni is open 24hours daily, that means you’ll be able to drop off your key at any time suitable your departure.
